Come and have a peaceful break and relax, visit, or house hunt in our charming little gîte ‘La Louvière’ in a charming water mill set in its own grounds. Unspoilt and natural area.
Two roomed ground floor level accommodation with private entrance and terrace. The main room comprises a kitchen corner with fridge, cooker, coffee maker, toaster. Washing machine. Crockery included. Dining area and Lounge with sofa, television, books, videos, WIFI.
Bedroom with large and comfortable bed, and lovely countryside views, Fireplace with a wood burning stove. Convertible sofa-bed. Separate WC and bathroom with shower.
Garden Table and chairs and a Barbecue are provided on the terrace and Garden loungers in the Park
Large private grounds of 6ha with a pretty stream running through the land. Surrounded by Forest and on a peaceful country lane with very little traffic. The nearby rail road is no longer in service. Only 4 kms from the Small Town Saulieu with all shops and services, and the natural Tourist attraction ‘Chamboux lake’ for fishing, swimming, boating and beaches.
65 € per night for two (Minimum three nights) or 320/380€ per week
